Financial: HSW works with partner minimizing the financial risk. HSW covers expenses such as providing equipment and software.
Site Selection/lab development:
HSW collaborates with partner to determine best sleep study location that includes easy access for patients, cost effectiveness for owners and proximity to other medical facilities. HSW works with partner to ensure sleep lab meets AASM requirements.
Equipment: HSW manages the selection, acquisition, implementation and maintenance of sleep diagnostic and peripheral equipment utilized within the center.
Staff: HSW provides staff education and development. One of the biggest challenges is the hiring and maintaining of proficient staff, as well as managing any turnover
Policies and Procedures:
Working with AASM criteria and the Medical Director, HSW provides custom Policies and Procedures for your facility.
Marketing: HSW provides customized marketing programs for your facility, including written materials and marketing professionals who will inform referring physicians and the local community about sleep disorders and the services offered at your facility.
